Important Information About Our Locations and Intake Process

While our services are available to clients across Western Ontario, please note:

In-person therapy is not guaranteed for every client in our program. Depending on your needs, you may receive care virtually or through a self-guided, clinician- or coach-supported approach.
To get started with OSP, you need to go through our main intake process first. If you are interested in becoming a client, please do not contact the locations listed on this page directly; instead, visit our Sign Up Now page to submit a self-referral to our program. If you’re a good fit for in-person therapy, then at a later time, we will direct you to this page to get more information about the location you will be visiting for your appointments.

ADAPT is located on the second floor of the Burlington Centre mall. Enter the Burlington Centre at Entrance 3 facing Guelph Line and nearest to Old Navy. You can take the stairs from outside leading up to the second floor Office Galleria. Otherwise, use Entrance 3 which is accessible and will lead you to a glass elevator taking you up to the second floor offices.

Location is fully accessible. From the lobby, take the elevator to the 4th floor and enter our clinic through the glass doors. Have a seat in our waiting room and your clinician will meet you shortly. (If using GPS, ensure that your directions are going to lead you into downtown Hamilton and not to Stoney Creek.) Parking nearby in municipal lots and meters (some meters accept coins only).

The office meets accessibility requirements, however its small elevator size may make accessibility difficult depending on the size of one's assistive device. Once you take the elevator to third floor, turn right. There is paid parking (all forms of payment accepted) in the back Erie lot or on the street (payment required).
